The Role
We are looking for an E‑commerce & Digital Operations Lead to oversee the day‑to‑day execution and coordination of our online store and digital marketing activity.
This role is ideal for someone who is hands‑on, organised, detail‑driven, and comfortable working across multiple teams. You will be responsible for ensuring the Yokico e‑commerce site, digital campaigns, and CRM communications are executed accurately, on time, and in line with brand and commercial priorities set by the business.
Commercial ownership and strategic decision‑making sit with the Brand Manager and Directors; this role ensures excellent execution, visibility, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
E‑commerce Platform Execution

Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Yokico e‑commerce store

Ensure product listings, collections, pricing, promotions, and content are accurate and up to date

Maintain alignment between online and in‑store campaigns and pricing

Perform regular site checks to ensure quality, accuracy, and customer experience standards
Digital Marketing & CRM Execution

Coordinate and execute paid media, email/CRM, and on‑site promotions in line with agreed plans

Brief and manage external agencies and internal designers to deliver assets on time

Ensure marketing campaigns are translated correctly into online execution and social media platforms

Flag performance issues and optimisation opportunities (including SEO optimisation)
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track and report on key online metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, and campaign performance

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and summaries

Support post‑campaign and post‑promotion reviews with data and insights

Monitor site performance and identify / report issues
Cross‑Functional Coordination

Work closely with Planning to reflect range priorities and availability online

Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure online execution aligns with fulfilment realities

Partner with Marketing and Design to ensure cohesive campaign execution

Coordinate with 3rd party digital technical specialists as required
About You (competencies, qualifications & experience)

3–5 years’ experience in e‑commerce, digital operations, or digital marketing
-
Relevant qualification (diploma or degree) an advantage
-
Relevant experience within a B2C operation will be an advantage
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Comfortable coordinating across teams and managing multiple workstreams

Confident using data and reports to monitor performance

Clear communicator who flags risks early and works collaboratively
