ALL ORDERS OVER R650 SAVE R75 ON COURIER FEES.
Delivery Costs:
We offer FREE* fast courier delivery to all MAJOR METROS throughout South Africa on all purchases over R650. We also offer a low R75 courier fee to all major metros for orders less than R650.
For REGIONAL deliveries, courier fees will be calculated at checkout - orders over R650 get R75 OFF the calculated shipping fee (automatically applied at checkout).
* Orders that include BULKY ITEMS like trolley bags will attract a flat rate cost of R75 regardless of order value.
* HIGH SURCHARGE DELIVERY ZONES may attract additional fees.
We also offer Pargo Click & Collect delivery service nationwide. Free for orders over R650, or R75 for smaller value orders.

How long will my order take to arrive within South Africa?
When purchased before 11am (business days):
• To Main Centres (CPT / JHB / PTA / DBN): 2 - 3 Business Days
• To Regional Areas: 3 - 5 Business Days
• To Remote Areas: 5 - 7 Business Days
E.g. If purchased at 10:00am on a Tuesday, delivery can be expected by Friday of the same week in Main Centres (3 Business days). If ordered at 1pm on a Tuesday, delivery to Main Centres can be expected by Monday of the following week.

You can also choose to PICK-UP your order from the Yokico Office in Gardens, Cape Town for free by selecting the "Pick up" delivery method at Checkout. *** See further details below ***
High Risk Area Delivery:
Some delivery addresses may be deemed High Risk by our nominated couriers. In such circumstances the courier may require the customer to collect their order from a nearby deemed safe delivery point (e.g. SAPS, Convenience Shopping centre). The customer shall be notified directly by the courier company if this is the case for their order.
Order Tracking and delivery:
Where is my order?
o Go to your orders on the Yokico website or from the “View your Order” link on order confirmation email.
o Alternatively visit: https://track.bobgo.co.za/ and use your Bobgo tracking number to search (e.g. UA210442801).
o We will send you an email update when your order has been despatched from our warehouse and on confirmation of delivery.
My order hasn't arrived, where is it?
You can track the status of your order here. The different statuses are as follows:
Confirmed Order: We have received your payment and are processing your order.Collected: Your order has left our warehouse and has been handed over to our couriers.
Out for Delivery: The final mile courier has your parcel and should be attempting to deliver soon.

Pargo Click & Collect:
Pargo has set up a network of pickup points in popular retail destinations. Customers can now order their shopping online and pick it up at a retail location close to their office or home when it suits them. Customers simply pick their preferred pickup point. Once the parcel is on its way, delivery notifications will be sent out via email and sms.

How will I know when to collect my order?
You will receive an email to let you know that your order is ready for collection. Simply present your order confirmation email at collection. (Collection orders cannot be picked up before this email has been sent.) Payment must reflect in our bank account before collection for EFT/Bank deposit orders.
Collection times and location:
Once you've received a notification from us that your order is ready for collection, you can collect from: Yokico at Unit B2, Earthlife Building, 149 Upper Canterbury St, Gardens, Cape Town (8:30am - 4:30pm business days). Tel: (021) 300 5632
International Orders (outside South Africa):
Currently we do not ship outside of South Africa.
However, we do offer a collect service for customers in nearby regions including the SADC region. This means you will need to arrange your own courier to collect from our office on your behalf. Please see Collection details above.
