We want you to love our Yokico products, so if you should change your mind, we will gladly return or exchange items for up to 30 days from the date of your original purchase.

To complete your return or exchange, please return the item to one of our retail stores. We will require:

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
• An original receipt or gift receipt for proof of purchase.
• Any items that were sold with a promotional gift must be returned alongside that promotional gift.

On completion of processing your return, we will provide you with a Yokico Credit Note that can be used at any Yokico retail store at any time in the future.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or give cash back.
