Suitable Surfaces
Use the trolley on smooth, hard surfaces such as floors, tiles and pavements. Avoid gravel, sand and uneven ground, as small stones can jam or damage the wheels.
Wheel Check & Smooth Rolling
Always roll on both wheels! Dragging the trolley on its side can cause scuffs and fabric wear. Keep both wheels on the ground for a smooth ride. If the bag is not rolling smoothly, inspect the wheels for stones or debris and remove them carefully.
Strap Use & Safety
Tuck away those straps! Use the Velcro to neatly secure your shoulder straps when rolling: this keeps them safe and out of the way. Do not swing, pull or lift the bag by its shoulder straps when it is fully loaded as this may cause tearing or reduce their lifespan.
Zip Care
Do not force the zips closed. Overpacking can cause zips to separate or break.
Stairs & Obstacles
Do not drag the trolley up or down stairs, curbs or steps. Lift and carry the bag in these situations to prevent damage.
Cleaning & Care
Give it a little love! Clean your trolley backpack as required with a warm, lightly soapy damp cloth to keep it looking fresh and fabulous. Using the trolley correctly will ensure better performance and durability.
